From their beginnings in New York to travels throughout the East Coast two guys named Dave decided to combine their passion for creative cuisine into a mobile food concept and the Rolling Bistro was born. Chef Kelman trained at Sullivan College and honed his style and skills while training with some of the top Chefs in and around NY City and Central Florida. He continues to instill his passion for the culinary arts focusing on exceptional flavors and  an expertise in international ethnic cuisines. Partner Dave Evancho brings the experiences of running and owning restaurants from coast to coast utilizing classic menu concepts and the freshest local ingredients.
