We are a husband and wife BBQ slingin', food truck operatin' team. We moved to Cary, NC in the summer of 2007, and for the last 5 years we have fallen in love with The Triangle and all it has to offer us and our daughter. In 2011 our family went through a corporate lay off. We decided to make things happen for ourselves this time around & make a change.

We felt the best way to help change what we find to be an ever growing problem was, keep our money as local as possible. We took what was a labor of love for friends and family, and turned it into a business that would try to support us, as well as give back to our community in some small way.  Check out the website!
